What does the course involve?
For some this course will provide new grounding for their existing psychic abilities, and offer a safe and nurturing environment to grow and deepen those skills.
For everyone, regardless of existing identified skills, it will offer an adventure into your inner world and redefine your relationship with the 'outer world', through direct engagement with your hidden psi potential.
The course is split into 6 sessions, underpinned by 6 weekly zoom coaching events and your personalised practice supported with both exercises to follow and 'homework' to complete following each session.
The purpose of the course is to expand thinking, feeling and direct experience of a much larger reality, way beyond the limitations of the 'norm'. It will expand your creative narrative and intentions in a positive, joyful and life-affirming way, highlighting the interconnectedness of all things - life, the universe and YOU too.
Week One
Getting to know you-rself! Understand the relationship between the scientific and spiritual viewpoints of psychic abilities and the importance of mind-body relationships.
We look at the traits and states that offer the nutrients to grow psi, and how to apply those practices at home in your personal practice plan.
Discover the language of the psychic realm - and enhance the power symbolism and the role it plays in anchoring your psi-experiences.
Week Two
Knowing is sense-ational! Exploring ESP and the nuances of psychic abilities such as precognition, retrocognition, remote viewing, 'the Clairs' and animal communication.
We will explore the curious science of these 'direct mental interactions between living systems' and come to see why it all makes 'clear' sense and how to get started with practical divination including dowsing and psychometry.
Week Three
Let's get physical! That is... psychical-physical, with psychic healing, psychokinesis, electrokinesis, magic(k) and manifesting.
Understanding our ancestral need for these skills builds immense contextual confidence for personal adaptation.

Week Four
When your mind wanders... where does it go?
Near-death experiences, out of body experiences, lucid dreaming and astral travel offer us further insights into the expansive nature of our consciousness.
Here, we can delve in to deeper symbolism, begin to truly appreciate 'Synchronicity' and see where inner and outer worlds 'meet'.
Week Five
Are we alone? Is there anybody there? We explore the fascinating aspects of spirt contact, theurgy, and entity encounters, including ghosts, aliens, fairies, angels and demons.

Week Six
Be the creative director of your life!

Your guide and fellow Psychonaut over the next 6 weeks is Kirsty Lucinda Allan. Kirsty has a postgraduate background specialising in Parapsychology, Wellbeing and Consciousness.
