IF: The Book

An anxious mind is a living mind.

It is not only a brain that thinks (and overthinks), it is also the echoing voice of a heart that truly cares.

☞ What if... Anxiety can be transmuted into a force of extraordinary personal power?

☞ What if... Anxiety has been secretly training you to become an amazing wealth manifestor, cutting edge-artist, thought leader or community founder?

☞ What if... You could accept yourself right now, exactly as you are, and start creating the life you truly want?

☞ What IF you had all that energy channelled in the direction of choice? What would you do next?

With IF, you can actually choose joy, health and creativity using the hidden skills Anxiety has granted you.

IF is a theory and practice designed to guide those who experience Anxiety, not to simply ‘cope’ and ‘manage' but to absolutely embrace an opportunity to transcend their experience in an empowering journey toward personal enlightenment.

What we call 'anxiety' is utterly unique to the individual - as a set of experiences that can be transformed in to persona expansion. It is this same deep longing to belong, the deep desire for understanding and the deep sensation of truly caring in the world that also points us toward personal enlightenment.  It is the same energy, the same spirit, the same... YOU.

Learning to listen to and understand those inner experiences we have been taught to dismiss as ‘Anxiety’, actually gives us incredible clarity on who we REALLY ARE - and guides us to grow far beyond what we think and assume.

☞ What IFyou could grow far beyond your most beautiful imagination?

You can.

☞ What IF your anxiety is the starting point of your 'waking up' experience? It is.

Make your discovery now. Choose it.

What People Are Saying:

5 Stars: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I found this book a great help in both understanding Anxiety and Enlightenment. Without too much of a spoiler, just the thought of there being a scale for every scenario or question, with having a worst possible outcome therefore must also have the equivalent best possible outcome, was mind blowing and so obvious when brought to light. We so often worry about the negative, so understanding that and refocusing the same adrenalin into positive "what if's" is a much better use of it. That and many more just made me want to read on. A fantastic book, Kirsty Lucinda Allan has a great social following and community, and provides a wonderful 1 on 1 experience if you fancy it. Huge Fan, 10/10, A+

5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I found this book to be just what I need. Having suffered anxiety issues for some time and their debilitating effects, I found the explanations throughout and exercises at the end to be most helpful, and I will enjoy practising them. It is easy to understand the thinking and it is possible to gain useful skills, tips and tricks quickly. The philosophy is put across in a very interesting way, with professional looking cartoons to illustrate the concepts, making this a good read regardless of whether you use it for anxiety or direction to improve your well being and to attain goals in life. The author is clearly very knowledgeable, being qualified and experienced giving accounts of some of her own personal encounters with anxiety, which I empathised with. There is a useful resource at the end of the book for those who feel they require more help. I will need to read again to allow all the detailed information to percolate, but certainly won’t be board doing so. I look forward to it and what this new skill set can do for me. Many thanks for sharing this philosophy, it should help me and many others.

You feel like the author is leading you by 'holding your hand' but at the sane time also empowers you to think there is a solutions and a way out of your anxiety at the end. I love the concept of our 'anxiety' being really our secret weapon which we can use to drive our lifes forward and achive whatever we dream of. What if... We could accept yourself right now, exactly as we are. I am so looking forward to every chapter.

5 Stars : ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Firstly, I’d like to point out that I am not an avid reader of any type of book. I hardly ever finish a book and if the first 2 paragraphs don’t grab my attention it’s a lost cause. I picked up IF and had finished it within the week. I normally go to bed at 10pm but found myself turning page after page until 1am most nights. I used to dream of going self- employed, rather than working for a large financial institute, but the feeling of dread would wash over me as I thought about all the negative outcomes of doing such a thing. After reading IF those feeling of dread reappeared to me as flutters of excitement. Essentially the same feelings but looked at from a different perspective. This book has made me realise that I have been wasting precious moments conjuring up the worse possible outcome for numerous different scenarios, rather than 101 different positive potential outcomes that the world could throw at me just as easily. I can’t predict the future so why did I always predict a negative outcome rather than flipping that thought on its axis and dream of a positive outcome. This book has highlighted to me that I have a simple choice in what outcome I choose to believe will happen. Although anxiety can be quite a serious topic of discussion the author has written the book with a touch of light-heartedness which makes for an enjoyable read. Throughout the book I had many moments of clarity and at time I felt this book was written personally for me, especially in the last few pages which felt like I was having an epiphany. A true light bulb moment! I highly recommend this book to anyone. Not just for anxiety sufferers but anyone who feels they might be stuck in a rut with their career or family life. IF has definitely helped me take ownership of the direction of my future without feeling those pangs of dread. I am excited for what lies ahead.
