Working one to one is the fastest and most impactful choice for finding â and forging â your own path of purpose and thriving. Our role here at the IF Crowd is to illuminate what is unseen and overlooked about you (including by you) and guide you to create authentic personal purpose in both your private and professional life, unifying those 'parts' of you. Thus, you not only forge a new path, you also light-up that new new path too as a true guiding light in this world.Â
We recommend a minimum of six sessions, with an intention that supports your whole being. What we will do first is have a discovery call in which we tease out an initial 'a,b,c' goal that looks like this:Â

We then follow a series of sessions of resolving challenges, uncovering and leveraging your gifts so you can create your purpose through your highest work. We believe that purpose isn't hiding from you nor is it hidden and to be 'found', rather, it's something we each create from within by knowing who we are and, how we then relate to what is bigger than us:

The work we will then do is transformative in the immediate and practical sense â and also in the big sense too. Itâs much more than life or career coaching. It is a process of quest â of personal illumination. We will also have fun together too. We will work holistically with an array of skills including creative thinking, embodied intuition and transpersonal understanding (transpersonal means going âbeyondâ the âIâ, connecting to a much larger sense of being and purpose). We nurture our clients to move beyond surviving, to thriving by âwaking upâ to who they really are. To leave their comfort zones, let go of limiting beliefs and inherited assumptions, explore and transcend their self-doubts, define their mission, expand their awareness and Create their  sustainable present and future - for themselves, their families and the collective.

Consultancy:
We also offer creative consultancy services. This means that when ready, you can work one on one with our selected sensitive leaders and creative partners too. For example, in professionally publishing your book, designing your brand assets, hosting a retreat, producing ticketed events, or actively building and launching your online course â and so on.
